We provide health insurance packages combining medical, dental, vision and life insurance. Choose from several options. If you consistently work 30+ hours per week, Filter will contribute to your coverage. Health benefits are available the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Paid Time Off
Whether you’re under the weather or enjoying it in an exotic locale, you can take a day off. You’ll earn paid time off (PTO) which can be used for vacations, illnesses and personal business, or you can cash in your time and give yourself a bonus. For every 1,000 hours you work, you’ll earn 40 hours of paid time off.
Tuition Reimbursement and Training Discounts
You’re encouraged to keep expanding your skills and learning new technologies. We provide discounted course fees at certain design training centers. You’ll accrue $0.25 of tuition reimbursement with every hour you work; use this money for workshops, classes, conferences and more.

Section 125 Flexible Benefit Plan
You have the option to pay a portion of your health benefit premiums with tax-free dollars.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
Defer tax-free money to reimburse yourself for eligible daycare expenses through our dependent care flexible spending account.
Paydays are every other Friday (with the exception of California employees, who are paid weekly on Fridays) and your paycheck can be deposited directly into your account.
