Cash in on your connections. Refer other stellar candidates and you could earn a $500 reward.
How do you qualify? Refer a candidate who has not registered with Filter. If we place them for 160+ hours of employment during their first 90 days on our books, you’ll receive a $500 reward (subject to taxes).
How do I make a referral?
Fill out our Employee Referral Form and send it to email@example.com with a copy to your Filter contact (your Talent Manager, Project Manager, whoever it is you work with at Filter). To qualify for the reward, you must submit the Employee Referral Form before the referred candidate is placed by Filter.
Make sure the candidate mentions your name as a referrer when they register with us.
Who is eligible?
Anyone is eligible, with the following exceptions:
Ethically, we cannot pay the reward to you if the person you refer had been seeking employment with the company you work for. And we cannot pay you a reward for referring a candidate who we subsequently place with your own company. See the Employee Referral Form for further detail.
Our office staff and their immediate families or significant others are not eligible to receive referral rewards.
You cannot receive a reward for referring yourself.
Filter reserves the right to determine whether referred applicants are qualified for the program. We may modify or discontinue this program at any time. Should the program be discontinued, any in-process referrals will be handled on an individual basis.
If more than one person refers a candidate, the first to notify Filter of the referral will generally receive the reward. We will inform the participating parties when such situations arise.
How many referrals can I make?
There is no limit to the number of rewards you can be paid.
How and when do I receive my reward?
We will pay your reward (subject to taxes) two to four weeks after all of the preconditions are met.
