Seattle, WA – June 18, 2018 – Filter today announced the addition of Michael Hinnant to helm the company’s user experience design practice. As Director of Experience Design, Hinnant will work across Filter’s growing roster of clients, overseeing UX services and solutions out of the firm’s Seattle office. He will report directly into Filter’s Chief Executive Officer, Joe Melanson.

“We are thrilled to welcome Michael and the wealth of expertise and thought leadership he brings to our team and our clients,” said Melanson. “As we continue to grow our experience design practice with enterprise customers across Seattle, Portland and the Bay Area, adding Michael further demonstrates our commitment to delivering exceptional UX solutions across a full spectrum of specialties and services.”

As a member of the company’s senior leadership team, Hinnant will play a key role in charting new experience design strategies at Filter and developing new service offerings for its clients. He will also provide leadership and oversight to filter’s highly-seasoned UX teams and consultants across the entire experience design lifecycle, including business and creative strategy, research, envisioning, experience and brand design, and creative execution.

“I have engaged with Filter for some time, both as fellow members of Seattle’s vibrant design community and as a past client,” said Hinnant. “I have always been impressed with the leadership and talent Filter attracts, and their long history of creating innovative experiences for some of the world’s leading brands. I’m excited to engage with our clients to help drive business and brand impact. The opportunity to create truly extraordinary experiences by harnessing insight, creative talent, and rapidly evolving technology has never been greater.”
